The Goods Yard team attend careers day at The Bishop’s Stortford High School

Solum attended The Bishop’s Stortford High School (TBSHS) annual careers day on Tuesday, 24th October. The event was an opportunity for students, along with their parents, to meet a wide range of local and national employers that have links with Bishop’s Stortford.

Several students interested in careers in development and regeneration visited the Solum stand and had the opportunity to meet members of the Goods Yard team who were available to answers any questions they might have.

Ross Castle, Senior Development Manager at Solum, said:
“It was good to see so many aspirational young students interested in a career in development. We hope that our attendance can help them plan their future careers. We look forward to seeing these young people from Bishop’s Stortford kick start their careers, potentially through our apprenticeship programme”.

Visitors were also handed copies of the Solum’s apprenticeship and careers brochure to encourage anyone who might be interested to register for the apprenticeship programme.
